How does routing decide who gets a lead?

Each agent has a live performance score based on response speed and conversions. Eligible agents are rotated fairly, top performers are favored, and underperformers are temporarily throttled — automatically.

Can a lead on my agent's own listing go straight to them?

Yes. Listing-attributed inquiries bypass the round-robin and go to the listing agent first. Round-robin is only for general buyer leads.

What if an agent is in a showing when a lead comes in?

They're temporarily removed from rotation around their booked appointments, so the lead routes to someone who can actually respond right now.

How many agents can I add?

Up to 10 on the Team plan. Beyond that, the Brokerage plan adds unlimited leads, white-label, and multi-office support.
